Return Policy

Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.

100% MONEY BACK refund or credit, on qualified merchandise.

  1. NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh.
  2. Allow up to 3 weeks for credit to appear in your account from the day we receive the return.

To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund or credit, please comply with the following steps:

  1. Merchandise must be "received" no later than 18 days after our ship date.
  2. Print a copy of your invoice and place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method, or credit applied to your next order.
  3. All first orders over $350 paid by credit card might be shipped to the billing/bank -confirmed address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
  4. Following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

[A] No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.

[C] All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new

.[D] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.

We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states and by US Postal Service. International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are not included and are paid by the owner.

Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information.

Within same day, or 2 or 3 working days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to UPS. (99% of the orders get out after the day we receive payment).
"After", UPS has picked up the order, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service around the U.S.

For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time, going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time, to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time.

Members are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. UPS or USPS will leave a card and will also make three attempts to contact you. If you miss the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can ship that order. If the member does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/restocking "fees plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
Shipping cost may be modified at any time.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
